BBC Introducing Amplify 2017

As soon as I heard about this event at the excel centre and that Annie Mac would be there giving a talk on her career I bought tickets straight away. I thought it would be a great opportunity for me especially considering I want to be the next Annie Mac. There were a variety of stalls were people where selling instruments and other music products and stages where talks where being given by people such as The Blossoms, Joe Wiley, Annie Mac and The Hurts all of which I went to see. Everything they all had to say was inspiring and applied to me even though I wasn't there as a music artist although I wouldn't say no to a career in singing. I was even lucky enough to ask Annie Mac a few questions. Her first words of advice to me were to

find my style of show and music but also my own unique ways of presenting. The second things she had to say is what has stuck with me and this was to never have a plan B because then you always have in mind that your going to fail.
